Adjustment : Game theory

I would like to make a few clarifications to the theory of non-zero-sum games.

Game theory made it clear, that there are zero-sum games and none-zero-sum games. My theory of economic relativity must question the portion of non-zero-sum games.

Consider the following example (from Wikipedia) on the prisoner's dilemma
"This problem well modeled issues of tariff policy: the competitor who lowers its prices to gain market share and thus can increase its sales and possibly increase earnings, but if its main competitor does the same, both can lose."

Actually, yes, both can lose, but someone has to win, so it's a zero-sum games. In fact if the statement is none-zero-sum was true, my theory would not hold since it is impossible that the result is non-zero-sum. The theory of economic relativity € = MC2 or € = E must respect the law of Lavoisier: "Nothing is lost, nothing is created, everything is transformed. "

Therefore who wins?

The winners in this equation are the consumers. If the 2 merchants lower their prices, consumers can work less to fulfill their consumption needs.

The third player, the consumer, was a silent player who participated unintentionally and he is the one who will benefit, or scoop, the result.

More answers with this formula: € = MC2

  • We know that men's muscular mass is about 35% versus the woman's which is about 28%, this advantages men to lift heavier loads compared to women.
  • We also know that the laws of physics clearly show that the more a load is heavy, the more energy we need to snatch it from terrestrial traction.
  • The theory of economic relativity, € = MC2, explains why the average salary of a man is higher to the one of a woman.
This same equation also explains the operation of the lottery. Take 10 million people who bet 5 on a lottery.  Whoever administers the lottery will receive 50 million and will deliver a 20 million to a single person. That means 10 million people will provides 5 effort for 1 person who will no longer need to make an effort for the rest of his life and by the meantime, the administrator of this lottery accumulates the difference in its coffers.

Predictions that the formula suggest: € = MC2
  •    A theory usually allows to issue predictions and then allow scientific experiments to confirm the prediction.
  •    In the case of this theory, it is much more complex because of the human factor that induces the manipulation of information and lies. Some people who control a large population do not have interest that the population understand this theory, since, by keeping them in ignorance, they can leverage their labor.  Therefore, I predict that this theory will be controversial, since some will believe it and others will try to invalidate it at all costs.

Theory of economic relativity

The equation : € = MC2 is significantly close to a famous equation. E=MC2 . It also implies that € = E therefore, a monetary system is nothing less than a measure of energy.

Here is how to transform the energy in euro.

Take for example 10 to buy a pitcher of lemonade and 15 glasses .

Sit back and sell each glass of lemonade for 1.
At the end of the process, your 10 becomes 15.

How did the 5 appear ?              You converted the energy of people in euro.

Explanation:
  • People to whom you sold lemonade were forced to have 1 with them. So they have previously worked for a salary (they provide energy for 1).
  • You might have two outlets to offer your glasses of lemonade and thus doubling the energy euro conversion process.
  • It is also possible to serve more quickly, so that in the same space-time, you can sell more lemonade. But there's a limit, you can not go faster than light.

What this equation allows us to understand :
  • It explains why we must work harder to buy a house than to buy a glass of lemonade .
  • It helps to understand that we pay taxes for some people who do not work, so they can also consume . They benefit from the others labor.
  • It also explains why every citizen is called a taxpayer.
  • It also explains why the State uses an indicator called : GDP ( Gross Domestic Product ) .
  • It also explains why in 2006, an Egyptian woman gave birth to a girl in a London- Boston flight. According to the Canadian television channel CTV, it would have obtained canadian citizenship ... under the pretext that, at the time of birth, the aircraft was flying over Canada.

This equation seems simple at first glance, but it's not so simple.  It explains why an entrepreneur (or a government) makes more people or robots work to convert the labor of each one into euro.

Also note that the countries where life expectancy is higher are rich countries.

If you believe that some people do not work hard and have lots of money and believe that this formula is false note, that it is possible that this person enjoys from someone else's work or legacy, therefore a first person who has worked and accumulated the money to give it to the next one.

I invite you to think about it and open the discussion.
